This holiday season, experience World of Illumination—the largest animated light show in the world, fully synchronized to your favorite holiday music. This 25-minute drive-through event features close to 2 million lights. Special attractions range from a 36-foot tall animated snowman at the Glendale location to a 500-foot long super tunnel in Tempe.
The annual ArtFest of Scottsdale is one of the valley’s most popular holiday traditions. Downtown Scottsdale features 150 artists from across the country where you can find that one of a kind gift just in time for the holidays. Visitors will enjoy fine art, fine crafts, local authors, live music throughout the festival, tempting foods in a beautiful sculpture garden setting.
For the tenth year in a row, CitySkate at CityScape Phoenix, the Valley’s largest and most visited outdoor holiday ice rink returns to Downtown Phoenix on Nov. 23.
Central Avenue is transformed into an ice skater’s dream with a beautiful holiday tree dramatically placed in the center of the rink along with hundreds of thousands of twinkling lights, holiday happenings and Santa appearances every Saturday and Sunday from 2-6pm.
Lights of the World is back for a third year, with completely new, and better light displays. Combining the age-old tradition of paper lanterns with cutting-edge technology, the Lights of the World lantern displays extend from 18 to 60 feet, amounting to over 10 million colorful lights, and showcase features of different cultures and civilizations around the globe.
