I have been involved with restoring/refurbishing/remodeling income property for over 30 years. During that time I have come across a lot of Realtors that know how to list property, can “schmooze with people,” and oftentimes sit back and wait for someone else to sell the property so that they can cash their commission check. Rarely have I encountered someone with Debbie’s tenacity, determination, devotion, and genuine sincerity to look out for the best interests of her clients.
A specific case in point: My last project involved restoring/remodeling an older in age, two-on-a-lot residential income property. She not only found a qualified and competent buyer but also helped move the property through all phases of escrow so as to close as expediently as possible. This was not a problem property, it just required someone with energy and determination; someone that was willing to go the extra mile to aid their seller.
I not only recommend Debbie highly to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property, I utilize and tap into her experience and expertise whenever possible. It is just too difficult and expensive these days to take a misstep. Availing yourself of her knowledge and experience would not only be advisable, it would be foolish to ignore.
